Mr. Shariff’s journey began humbly as an educationist in a small colony near Hyderabad. His passion for teaching, ignited in 1989, has since guided countless students toward success. Recognizing the need for quality education at an affordable cost, he established numerous educational institutions across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Odisha, and Gujarat. His efforts have provided middle-class families with access to top-tier education, particularly for those aspiring to excel in IIT and NEET.

At Rainbow Schools, we embrace Mr. Shariff's belief that the young generation is sincere, dedicated, and capable of adopting new learning practices. Our curriculum, pioneered by Mr. Shariff, focuses on integrated conceptual foundations for middle and high school students, ensuring a strong academic base. This innovative approach has helped many students achieve top ranks in IIT, EAMCET, and secure admission to prestigious engineering and medical colleges.

Understanding that the quality of education depends on the educators, Mr. Shariff has developed a unique mechanism for regular training and motivation of teachers. Our journey began in 2003 with the establishment of Krishnaveni Talent School (KTS) in Nalgonda. From a modest start with 119 students and eight staff members, KTS has grown into a leading brand with over 200 schools in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In partnership with GEMS Education, Mr. Shariff has also led the expansion of 175 Dream India Schools across nine states, reaching over 400 schools nationwide.

Continuing this legacy of educational excellence, Rainbow Schools was established in the academic year 2016-17, followed by Manipal International Schools in 2018-19, Sloka-The Global Schools in 2021-22, and Rainbow-The Global Schools in 2024-25. Our mission is to extend education to every household in India through a visionary approach, ensuring that every child has access to modern, value-based education.
